Meghan Burrows grew up in Miami, Oklahoma. After high school, she moved out west and lived in Idaho for five years. During that time she earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from BYU Idaho, with minors in Child Development and Communications. In July of 2008 Meghan moved to Salt Lake City and began working as a youth group leader for Salt Lake City Cooperation. While there, she discovered and fell in love with the Montessori philosophy, and knew she had to work in a Montessori environment. Meghan has been at the Montessori Community School since September of 2009, and in 2011, she completed her Infant/Toddler Montessori Certification through the Institute of Guided Studies. Meghan lives in Salt Lake City with her husband Brady, their two dogs, Olive and Rue, and cat Eleanor. Some of her favorite things to do include: hiking, camping, taking road trips, reading, renovating her house and helping her husband Brady with his stationary business, Lars Love Letters. A little known fact about Meghan: she lived and worked in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, for 6 months!
