Greta Konkler was raised in both Lake Placid, New York and Duluth, Minnesota. She recently graduated from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota with a a degree in Legal Studies, Social Justice, and Women’s Studies. Greta has many years of experience working with children as both a nanny and a summer camp counselor, where she taught fiber arts, music, swim lessons, lead canoeing, and backpacking trips. After recently moving to Salt Lake City, Greta realized she wants to continue working with children and feels fortunate to become a part of the Montessori community. Greta hopes to foster a playful, unhurried environment for children to learn at their own place, overcome challenges, and explore their role in the world. In her spare time, Greta enjoys playing the violin, cooking with farm-fresh ingredients, playing in the great outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
