Javier was born and raised in Salt Lake City. His uncle owns the Rio Grand Restaurant, and at one time Javier and his family were responsible for making all the tamales for the restaurant. At High School Javier played the saxophone for the school Jazz Band. He currently works as the Head Janitor at a local public school, plus 3-4 hours daily at MCS. He is the proud father of a one year old daughter named Nevaeh. Javier is also an artist, and in his free time works on abstract multi-media projects.
