Installs new software releases and system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems. Performs system backups and recovery. Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity and user access. Respond to IT requests made through the ticketing system. Update knowledge base with answers to commonly asked questions. Experience in this field or in these related technologies beneficial: Mac OS Server, Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac, Android OS, CAT5 Networking, VoIP, PBX Phone Systems, 802.11b/g/n Wireless Networking, Google Apps for Your Domain Name, CPANEL, Joomla, Windows 7/10, Online Backup, Surveillance Systems. Will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Will report to the IT manager.
