Jennifer Carrino

Jennifer CarrinoTeacher

Jennifer was raised in Idaho. After graduating from high school, she moved to New Jersey where she attended college and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in English Literature with a concentration in Elementary Education. She was a program director for a non-profit organization for six years working with at-risk youth. After staying home for several years to raise her two boys, she taught preschool for two years and then loved teaching toddlers for one year. Her greatest joy in life is spending time with her husband Anthony, and two boys Anthony (12) and Nicholas (9). She also enjoys reading, hiking and skiing. A surprising fact about Jennifer is that she knows more than a few football facts. She has recently had the privilege to begin working as a toddler teacher at MCS.

Austin Bull

Teacher

Austin is new to the Montessori Community School but already loves the process, values, and community at MCS. He spent 3 years teaching children ages 2-5 in home and classroom settings, specializing in ABA therapy and other early learning academics. Austin is very interested in community building, creative problem-solving, honoring individual needs, and learning naturally at one's own pace. In his free time Austin likes to read, exercise, go hiking, listen to music, watch films, and attend live performances.

Arianne Wayman

Assistant Teacher

Arianne has a passion for working with and teaching children that started at a young age. As a child, she often would set up all her dolls and stuffed animals to teach them and read to them. After nannying and teaching for 10 years full time, she has spent the last 7 years in the medical field working with pediatric patients. Although she loved working with doctors and patients, she found herself missing being in the classroom and longing to teach again. She is excited to be joining the family at Montessori Community School along with her two children, who are the twinkle in her eye, Zacheri who is 4 and Zoi who is 1. Arianne is new to the Montessori philosophy and is excited to help children learn using all their senses to truly understand many concepts and lessons. In her free time, Arianne enjoys reading, learning new things, cooking, and spending time with her children.
