Facilities Manager & Janitorial Manager

Lian is from Myanmar (Burma). He worked as a carpenter in Myanmar until he fled to Malaysia in 2005 where he worked in a restaurant for three years. Lian moved to Salt Lake City in March 2008 and started working for the Montessori Community School. This is Lian's first job in the United States and he loves it. A little known fact about Lian is that he played on his Middle School soccer team.

Custodian Manager

Felipe was born in California, but he has lived in Utah since he was five years old. He has been a part of our Montessori Community since 2007, working alongside his wonderful Mom, Betty.  Felipe enjoys sports of all types, and especially loves to play soccer and basketball. A fun fact about Felipe: If he could visit any country in the world, it would be Spain! 

Custodian

Betty is originally from Mexico and has lived in Utah for many years.  She and her husband Felipe have two children, Beatrix and Felipe.
